Some of the best hot pot we’ve had in the US. The spicy was pleasantly spicy which is rare when I order places here. The meat was super fresh and high quality. It’s definitely much more expensive than your average AYCE place but well worth the price in my opinion. The bucket fruit tea was great to sip on as a palette cleanser.

As good as the authentic hot pot I had in China, but with higher-quality, fresher meat. My favorite is the thick-cut tender beef in various flavors—you can really taste and chew the quality. It’s well-marinated and extremely tender. The restaurant nailed the Chongqing beef tallow soup base and used high-quality oyster sauce in their sauce station, which is key to making a proper Chongqing dipping sauce. Just dip the thick-cut beef into the hot pot, boil for a minute, then dip it into the Chongqing sauce (oddly not listed near the sauce station), and you’ve got yourself a flavor bomb!
